Administrative Assistant
We are hiring for an Administrative Assistant to run our main office and manage duties as described below.
Reports to: Lead Pastor Hours: Part-Time (24 hours per week) Schedule: Monday 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM; Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (30- minute lunch) Compensation: Based on experience ($16–$22 per hour) Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the mission and ministry of New Life Lutheran Church by managing office operations, coordinating communication, and assisting with worship preparation. This position reports directly to the Lead Pastor and collaborates with church staff and leadership teams. Regular check-ins and evaluations ensure alignment with church goals and operational needs.
