Worship Host
- The Worship Host oversees the service, ensuring all volunteers are present and understand their roles. They assist with any last-minute needs and greet worshippers.
- During the service, they address any issues and support volunteers, remaining visible to assist as needed. After the service, they thank volunteers, ensure cleanup, and confirm the offering is secured.
- Ushers distribute bulletins, assist with seating, and guide communion. They arrive early, greet attendees, and maintain order during the service.
- Greeters create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting attendees, assisting newcomers, and ensuring a friendly farewell after the service.
- Communion Assistants distribute communion and manage cleanup, ensuring all items are properly handled and stored.
- Coffee Fellowship volunteers prepare and serve coffee and donuts, maintaining a clean and inviting setup.
- Volunteers sell RaiseRight gift cards, providing information about the program and encouraging app downloads. They set up a visible table and ensure materials are organized after the service.
